Prayer wheels and Gompas

Today we went walking around the old town. There were lots of Gompas. A gompa is a mini temple. Prayer wheels have a written prayer on them and a bell, you push the prayer wheel round, a metal bar hits the bell and the prayer is done. A prayer is a worship thing to a god ( any god).
I only had 4 pieces of toast for breakfast because I am still not very well.
We met Sophie from New Zealand last night and had dinner together.
